Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form

To return an item (new, defective or core) adhere to the folloing instructions and submit the completed RGA.

Once the form is submitted, you will be emailed a Return Goods Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. We accept requests for returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Normal processing time for returns is approximately 30 days after receipt by IPW.

Return Goods Policy

All approved returns must have the RGA number printed on the outside of the package. Returns missing the RGA number will not be processed. Additionally, no refunds will be authorized for the following claims:

Returns out of warranty (expired or void).
Returns without proper authorization number.
Invalid or obsolete part number.
Items that have been installed.
Special Order items.
Any electrical part that has been installed or plugged in.
Any items that are in sealed packaging (gaskets, engine bearings and etc.) are not returnable if opened for any reason.
Products not sold by IPW.

Refund, credit or exchange will be issued upon IPW inspection. Approval or denial is based on condition of product and packaging.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. IPW reserves the right of final approval on all returns.

Return Goods Procedure

Complete this RGA Form with a detailed reason for your return.
Submit this completed RGA Form. A copy of the original purchase invoice may be requested.
All product(s) returned must match original invoice information.
Pack item(s) securely. All returns will be inspected. New returns must be uninstalled, in saleable condition, and in the original vendor's packaging. All cores must be in box from original purchase. A full credit may not be issued for damaged materials and/or packaging.
Return your part(s) to IPW only after you receive the RGA number.

Please make sure your RGA number is on the address label of your shipping box.
